Ilse Hernandez
Associate / PCFO Services
Ilse Hernandez supports clients as an Associate with PCFO Services at Americana Partners, working across a broad range of accounting and financial reporting functions. She works closely with clients in multiple industries, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, treasury operations, and financial reporting.
Prior to joining Americana through the firm’s acquisition of NRT Consulting, Ilse began her career with NRT as an intern in January 2022 and progressed into the role of Lead Accountant. She holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Texas Permian Basin.
Outside of work, Ilse enjoys spending time with her husband, Bladen, and their young son, Grayson. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and making memories with family and friends.
