Leah Primera

Leah Primera is a Director with PCFO Services at Americana Partners, bringing deep expertise in accounting leadership, financial reporting, and CFO advisory services. She has spent her career supporting businesses across the Permian Basin with a strong focus on accuracy, operational excellence, and trusted client partnership.
Prior to joining Americana through the firm’s acquisition of NRT Consulting Group, Leah co-founded NRT alongside Chris Ginsbach and Katie Rossman, where she served as Chief Accounting Officer. In that role, she led full-service bookkeeping, financial reporting, and CFO solutions for privately held businesses and high-net-worth families. Earlier in her career, Leah served as Controller at Carbon Creek Energy, focusing on financial reporting, operational accounting, and team leadership. She previously worked as a Financial Accountant at CrownQuest Operating, where she played a key role in capital asset management, internal control implementation, and project management for multiple software conversions.
Leah earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University and her Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Texas Permian Basin. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has lived and worked in the Permian Basin for the duration of her career. Outside of work, Leah and her husband, Sam, who are both Odessa natives, enjoy traveling and spending time with close friends and family, and are raising their three sons Jonah, Jude, and Micah.
