Katie Rossman

Katie Rossman brings extensive experience in accounting leadership and operational strategy to her role as Director of PCFO Services at Americana Partners. She plays an important role in driving strategic growth and operational excellence across the PCFO platform, supporting clients and internal teams with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Prior to joining Americana through the firm’s acquisition of NRT Consulting, Katie co-founded NRT and was instrumental in the firm’s growth across a variety of industries. Earlier in her career, she served as Accounting Manager at Carbon Creek Energy, where her primary responsibilities included joint interest billing and revenue distribution. In that role, she also led key project and team management initiatives, including supporting the company through an accounting outsourcing transition.
Originally from Wyoming, Minnesota, Katie relocated to West Texas in 2012 and has built her career serving businesses throughout the Permian Basin. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas Permian Basin. Katie and her husband, Aaron, are raising their three children in West Texas, and she approaches her work with a strong sense of integrity, purpose, and commitment to excellence.
