Kennedy Earnest is an Analyst with PCFO Services at Americana Partners. A lifelong West Texan, she is passionate about serving businesses across the Permian Basin and beyond, helping clients navigate complex financial matters with clarity and confidence.
Kennedy is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where she earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and her Master of Accounting in 2023. During her time at Texas Tech, she completed an accounting internship with Ernst & Young in Dallas. Following graduation, she returned to West Texas to begin her career in public accounting, where she built a strong foundation in tax work, supporting clients in oil and gas, family and estate matters, and small business environments.
Outside of work, Kennedy enjoys spending time with friends and family, volunteering at her church, working in her yard, and chasing after her doodle, Ruby.
