Chris Ginsbach

Chris Ginsbach serves as Executive Director of PCFO Services at Americana Partners, bringing extensive experience across accounting, finance, and private wealth advisory services. His career spans public accounting, family office and energy environments, and advisory roles supporting business owners and high-net-worth families.

Prior to joining Americana through the firm’s acquisition of NRT Consulting, Chris co-founded NRT Consulting in 2018, where he helped build a firm focused on CFO and accounting solutions for private businesses and high-net-worth families, with an emphasis on accurate and timely financial reporting. Before NRT, Chris served as Vice President of Finance at Carbon Creek Energy, a family office-backed oil and gas operator.

Earlier in his career, he worked as a financial advisor at Van Pearcy Financial with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., where his work included private wealth management, investment banking, and business consulting. He previously served as a financial control analyst at Q Investments, a Fort Worth-based hedge fund, and began his career at KPMG in Houston within the state and local tax consulting group.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, Chris and his wife, Casey, enjoy music and spending time outdoors with their three children. They both serve on their church’s worship team and value backcountry camping trips to the Big Bend region, where they appreciate the quiet beauty of nature. Chris also serves on several boards within the Midland community, reflecting his commitment to giving back and strengthening the place he calls home.
